Refunds policy

1. Introduction At Megatron College of Multimedia Council, we are committed to providing high-quality educational services. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued.

2. General Refund Conditions Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

  • Course Cancellation: If the college cancels a course, a full refund will be issued to all enrolled students.

  • Withdrawal Before Course Start: If a student withdraws from a course before it begins, they may be eligible for a partial refund depending on the timing of their withdrawal.

  • Withdrawal After Course Start: Refunds for withdrawals after the course has started are generally not available

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Full Refund: Students are eligible for a full refund if they withdraw from a course in 24 Hours of Admission

  • Partial Refund: Students who withdraw less than 8 days after the Admission may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a 50% administrative fee.

  • No Refund: No refunds will be granted after the 7 Days from Admission Date.

4. Refund Process

  • Request Submission: To request a refund, students must submit a written request to the Admissions Office, including their reason for withdrawal and any supporting documentation.

  • Processing Time: Refund amount is processed in 30 business days

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Non-Refundable Fees Certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Registration fees

  • Application fees

  • Material and technology fees

  • Any other specified non-refundable charges

  • Seat Reserve Charges

6. Special Circumstances Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for the following special circumstances:

  • Medical Emergencies: A refund may be issued if a student provides documented evidence of a medical emergency preventing course completion.

  • Military Deployment: Students called to active military duty may be eligible for a refund or course credit, with proper documentation.

  • College Discretion: Megatron College of Multimedia Council reserves the right to review and grant refunds in other extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

7. Appeals Students who wish to appeal a refund decision must submit a written appeal to the College Administration within 3 business days of receiving the refund decision. Appeals will be reviewed by a committee, and a final decision will be communicated within 15 business days.

8. Amendments Megatron College of Multimedia Council reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students and posted on the college's official website.
